摘    要:随着我国重质高硫原油进口量的逐年递增,以及国产原油品质变差、硫含量升高,原油加工深度的提高,石油炼制过程中产生的恶臭污染日益加重,已成为炼油企业亟待解决的重大环保课题。笔者主持设计的《中石化上海高桥分公司恶臭治理项目》中,利用"低温柴油吸收—碱液吸收脱硫"和"膜法化学品回收"两种技术来除臭,现在与大家交流一些设计心得。

Abstract:The heavy sour crude imports increased year by year in our country. The quality of the domestic crude oil become worse, it's sulfur content increased. The depth of crude oil processing improved. Therefore the odor pollution from petroleum refining process gradually increased. The odor pollution has become a major environmental issue to be settled urgently by oil refining enterprises. The author presided over the design of〈odor control project in Sinopec Group Shanghai Gaoqiao Branch〉. Two technology was utilized to deodorization in this project. They are "low temperature diesel absorbing--alkali absorption desulfurization" and "film method chemical recovery". Now the author share with you some ideas.
