水性涂料用有机无机复合乳液的研究进展

摘    要:有机无机复合乳液兼具有机物和无机物的优点,因其优异的性能在"环境友好型"的水性涂料领域得到广泛应用。复合乳液已经成为乳液方面的研究热点。论文从静电力吸附、范德华力作用、表面化学键合作用分析了有机无机复合乳液的合成机理;介绍了溶胶—凝胶法、原位分散聚合法等四种各有利弊的制备方法;并特别对其在水性涂料上的应用做了介绍和展望。

Abstract:The organic-inorganic compound latex possesses the advantage of organics and inorganic, which is widely applied in "environmentally friendly" waterborne coatings for its high performance. The compound complex has been the focus of latex research. In this paper, we employ Electrostatic force adsorption, Van der Waals force function, Surface chemical bonds with cooperation to analyze the synthesis mechanism of organic-inorganic compound latex; Four fabrication methods, such as sol-gel method, in-suit dispersion polymerization and so forth, have been introduced; Moreover, the waterborne coatings' application filed of organic-inorganic compound latex has been introduced and prospected.
