Sn-Bi金属相图的实验条件的讨论

摘    要:采用可控升降温电炉测定Sn-Bi金属的步冷曲线,得出Sn-Bi金属的相变温度。对样品的质量,冷却风量、测试区温度、样品混合方式进行了研究,结果表明:增大样品的质量,提高测试区温度,搅拌样品能使步冷曲线的折点明显、平台水平。采用样品管盖上带的搅拌杆搅拌120 g的样品在室温下自然降温,样品混合均匀。

Abstract:The phase transition temperature of Sn-Bi metal was come from step cooling curve of Sn-Bi metal by controllable heating furnace. The quality of the sample, the cooling air, temperature, the mixed mode on step cooling curve of Sn-Bi were studied. The results showed that increasing the sample quality, improve testing temperature, mixing samples can make the break point of the cooling curves obviously, the platform level. The sample tube cover with the stirring rod stirring 120g sample cooling at room temperature, the samples are mixed evenly.
