聚烯烃封装胶膜的热氧老化性能研究

摘    要:文章通过添加抗氧剂1010和168,改善POE的热氧老化性能。通过测试材料老化前后的力学性能、透过率、黄色指数以及红外分析,来研究交联POE的热氧老化体系。研究发现,通过添加0.1%不同的抗氧剂后,将老化前后聚烯烃胶膜性能进行对比,发现未加任何抗氧剂的聚烯烃封装胶膜老化500 h后,其红外谱图在1724 cm-1、1666 cm-1、1589 cm-1、1261 cm-1出现了新的基团峰,这说明老化过程中可能有双键、酮基、羧基生成。而添加抗氧剂含量为168∶1010=4∶1的试样,其变化最小,表明此时的抗热氧老化效果最佳。

Abstract:The paper mainly introduced the improvement of POE's thermal-oxidative aging properties with adding antioxidant 1010 and 168. The effects of POE in different crosslinker content, cross-linking time and cross-linking temperature on the materials' cross-linking degree and mechanical properties were analyzed in this article. The thermal-oxidative aging system of cross-linking POE was studied by testing the materials" mechanical properties, transmittance, yellowness index, thermogravimetry (TG) and infraved spectroscopy (IR) before and after aging. Experimental results showed that after adding 0.1% antioxidant, we found new groups peak appeared at 1724 cm-1, 1666 cm-1, 1589 cm-1, 1261 cm-1 in the IR spectra of the POE film after aging 500 hours, which indicated that the double bond, the keto, the carboxyl group generated during aging. But the changes were the least when the proportion of the two antioxidant's content was one to one. This indicated that the resistance of thermal-oxidative aging properties was the best at this condition.
