摘    要:采用盆栽种植的方式,研究工业区污染土壤中重金属Ni的形态分布及其生物有效性。结果表明,土壤中重金属Ni的总量与小白菜中Ni含量成负相关性。当有外来污染源进入土壤中时,重金属Ni先被固定在铁锰氧化物结合态和强有机结合态,再进一步转化为残渣态。土壤中Ni的水溶态和离子态含量与小白菜中Ni的含量成正相关性,能真正地反映重金属Ni对生物的危害及其环境风险。

Abstract:Pot experiments were conducted to investigate the chemical speciation and bioavailability of nickel in contaminated soil from industrial production. As shown by the experimental results, the total amount of Ni in soil was negative correlation with the content of Ni in Chinese cabbage. Ni was immobilized in Fe-Mn oxides and strong organic fraction, further into the residual fraction when soil was added Ni exogenously. The content of Ni in water-soluble and ion-exchangeable was positively correlation with the content of Ni in Chinese cabbage, and it can truly reflect environmental risks and the hazards to organisms.
