河南省医疗废物管理工作中存在的问题及对策

医疗废物管理工作是医疗废物安全处置的重要保障。目前,河南省医疗废物管理工作仍存在生活垃圾与医疗废物混装、处置技术与源头分类不能有效衔接、农村及医疗废物运输处置不及时、化学性医疗废物处置存在困难、输液瓶等废物的再生利用监管存在漏洞等诸多问题。文章结合河南省医疗废物处置实际情况,从加强监督管理和培训、建立协同处置机制、探索农村及偏远地区处置新方式、加强部门沟通协作、完善法律规章等方面提出一些建议对策。

Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Medical Waste Management in Henan Province

Medical waste management is the important guarantee for safe disposal of medical waste, However, there are still challenges existed in the disposal of medical waste in Henan province. The household garbage and medical waste are always mixed together. The disposition techniques are unmatched with the source separation. The transportation and handling of medical waste in remote areas are not timely. The chemical disposal of naedical waste is difficult and the supervision of waste renewal remains shortage. In order to resolve these problems, this paper gives some advices and countermeasures according to the environment of medical waste disposal in Henan province, including strengthening the supervision and training, developing teamwork and cooperation among different departments, exploring new disposition ways for the remote areas, establishing laws and rules.
