摘    要:甲烷化反应器是煤制天然气甲烷化最主要的静设备之一,是一种同时承受变温载荷和压力载荷的反应容器。在生产过程中,持续交变的温度和压力载荷使反应器承受很大的耦合交变应力,而这引起了很多结构失效问题。对于已投产的甲烷化反应器,对其进行安全和疲劳分析可为其检修和寿命预测提供可靠依据,从而保证设备安全高效的生产。

Abstract:Methanation reactor is one of the most important static equipments which is used for synthetic natural gas and loaded by change temperature and pressure at the same time. In the production process, the continuous alternating temperature and pressure load of the reactor under a lot of coupling alternating stress, which caused a lot of structural failures, the safety and fatigue analysis must be analyzed and has very important role for the working methanation reactor. The analysis resulted provide a reliable basis for the maintenance and life prediction. The safe and efficient production was the final purpose.
