广藿香酮膜剂处方筛选研究

摘    要:目的筛选广藿香酮膜剂处方的最佳组成。方法以溶解度、柔韧性为考察指标筛选膜材种类和增塑剂用量,采用均匀设计法,以泛油程度为指标进行关联度分析,确定促进剂的用量。结果最佳膜材为PVA1,加入5%甘油,5%吐温-80,透皮吸收促进剂最优组合为氮酮∶油酸∶丙二醇=6%∶5%∶6%。结论本实验方法优选广藿香酮膜剂的处方,处方效果满意。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the best formula for Pogostone film. Methods d The membrane type and the amount of Plasticizer were determined with Dissolution and Properties of PVA; Uniform design method was used to obtain the optimal proportion of enhancers with the index of oilreleasing and with grey relational analysis, Results The best membrane type is PVA1 with 5 % of glycerin and 5 % of tween-80, the optimized combination of enhancers is A : B : C=6 % : 5% : 6 %. Conclusion The experiment could optimize the best formula for Pogostone film. The film is are reasonably designed and easily prepared.
