摘    要:建立大米中对硫磷、马拉硫磷、杀螟硫磷三种有机磷农药残留量检测的气相色谱方法。大米粉碎后用乙腈提取,外标法色谱峰面积定量。在0.01~1.00μg/mL线性范围内,硫磷、马拉硫磷、杀螟硫磷三种有机磷农药标准曲线的相关系数在0.9998~0.9999,最低检出限均为0.005μg/mL,平均回收率在104%~111%,相对标准偏差均≤3.61%。该方法对大米中有机磷农药的提取效果好,净化完全,杂质干扰少,前处理操作简单,定量准确,适合谷物中多组分有机磷农药残留的同时测定,易于推广应用。

Determination of Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues Rice Content

Abstract:The Objective of the paper is establishing three types of organophosphorus pesticide residues in rice by gas chromatography in on parathion, malathion, fenitrothion. After crushing the rice, using acetonitrile extracts, membrane extracts with organic purification system, using external standards. The result is that, in the range of 0.01-1.00μg/mL, parathion, malathion, fenitrothion three organophosphorns pesticide standard curve correlation coefficient of 0.9998-4).9999 in the period, the minimum detection limits are 0.005 μg/mL, the average recovery is 104.72 %-111.76 %, relative standard deviations are≤4.98 %. Paper concluded that the method of extraction of organic phosphorus in rice effects, cleans complete. The impurity is less interference, pre-treatment is simple, the method suitable for multi-component organic cereals simultaneous determination of pesticide residues and easy application.
