关于《表面活性剂化学》课程教学的探讨

为了体现理论教学与实践相结合的理念,文章对我校化学及应用化学专业开设的《表面活性剂化学》这一专业课程进行教学方法的探讨。结合贵州省经济及社会发展需要,通过对表面活性剂的基本概念、性质及用途的介绍,引用文献展示表面活性剂知识在科研工作中的应用和列举生活生产中表面活性剂应用实例引出教学内容等教学手段,使得学生能够对《表面活性剂化学》这一专业课程产生学习兴趣,从而拓宽学生的知识视野,以便用于将来的工作和生活。

Discussions on the Teaching Reform of Surfactant Chemistry Course

In order to reflect the idea of combining of teaching and practice, the paper explored the reformation of the surfactant chemistry course which is a specialized course for chemistry and applied chemistry. The students＇ interest in learning surfactant chemistry course was developed by introducing conceptual framework, characters and applications of surfactant, exhibiting the applications of surfactant chemistry in scientific research and examples of surfactant chemistry in life and production combining with the economic and social development needs of Guizhou Province. Also, students＇ insights and knowledge are enhanced by above-mentioned teaching and testing methods, and these improvements can be used for the future work and life.
