铁矿石及铁粉中铁含量测定方法的改进

摘    要:本方法提出了以控制溶液酸度,用过硫酸铵氧化Fe2+为Fe3+,以磺基水杨酸为指示剂,用EDTA标准滴定溶液,滴定Fe3+的无汞盐测定铁矿石及铁粉中全铁的分析方法。用该法测定铁粉和铁矿石中的铁含量,避免了经典方法中汞盐和重铬酸钾标对分析人员身体和环境的危害,经我们实验对比此方法测定相对标准偏差为0.28%,测定结果与经典法一致,且具有分析成本低,操作简便、对环境人员危害小的优点。

Abstract:The method is proposed to control the acidity of the solution, ammonium persulfate oxidation of Fe2+ to Fe3+, with sulfosalicylic acid as indicator titration with EDTA standard solution titration Fe3+ mercury salts and iron determination of total iron ore methods of analysis. Determination of iron ore and iron content using the method, the method avoids the classic mercury salts and potassium dichromate standard for analysts of the body and the environment, through our experiments comparing the method to determine the relative standard deviation was 0.28 % consistent with the classical method of measurement results and analysis with a low cost, simple operation, less harmful to the environment personnel advantages.
