单泵加注系统两点流量分配器研究

摘    要:针对国内气田上使用的单泵对单点药剂加注系统,它能满足单井集输管道药剂加注要求,但是对于由集气站向多口单井加注,若仍然采用单泵对单点的加注方式,则要增加加注系统的数量,这样既增加了工程投资又增加的现场安装工作量。本研究为了减少加注系统这块的工程投资,以两点加注流量分配技术为突破口,采用单泵加注橇配合两点流量分配器的加注方式,以实现单泵对两点的加注,直接减少一半单泵药剂加注系统的数量,节约药剂加注系统近一半的工程投资。

Abstract:In view of the domestic gas field use single pump chemical reagent injection system, it can meet the requirements of single well injection, but for the multi-port well injection, if still adopts single pump chemical reagent injection system, it must to increase the number of the injection systcm, this increase the charging and the site installation work of the project. This study in order to reduce the injection system of the project investment, the breakthrough on the technology of the two point flow distributor, using single pump chemical reagent injection skid and two point flow distributor, in order to realize the single pump for two point injection, it directly reduce half the number of single pump chemical reagent injection system, saving nearly half of the project investment with chemical reagent injection system.
