摘    要:文章建立了一种检测石油污染物中多环芳烃的方法。该法采用商品化的硅胶和氧化铝混合填料固相萃取柱对样品中的烷烃和多环芳烃进行分组,实验结果表明,烷烃及多环芳烃的加标回收率在85.6%~104.9%,分组效率优越,可满足实验需求,消除了烷烃对多环芳烃检测的干扰。在该基础上,对石油样品进行净化处理,经过检测,可准确得到石油样品中多环芳烃的含量,石油样品中多环芳烃的加标回收率数据在85.3%~105.9%,RSD(n=5)范围为2.2%~7.3%,方法具有较好的重现性。本方法操作简便、选择性好、灵敏准确,可应用于石油样品中多环芳烃的检测研究。

Abstract:Established a method for detecting polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in petroleum contaminants. The method employed commercially available silica and alumina mixed filler solid phase extraction(SPE) cartridge for grouping alkanes and PAHs in the sample group. Experimental results show that recoveries of alkanes and PAHs rang from 85.6 % to 104.9 %, the efficiency of grouping is superior that eliminating the interference of alkanes to PAHs'detected method. On the basis of this study, content of PAHs in petroleum samples can be accurately obtained after purified and tested, recoveries of PAHs ranged from 85.3 % to 105.9 %, the relative standard deviation(RSD, n=5)ranged from 2.2 % to 7.3 %, reproducibility of this study was excellent. The method was user-friendly, high sensitivity, and accurate tbr PAHs determination of petroleum samples.
