真空冷冻干燥制备TiO2粉体

摘    要:异丙醇钛为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成TiO2湿凝胶,以真空冷冻干燥方法干燥处理,得到纳米TiO2冻干胶,并用X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、BET氮气吸附脱附法、TG-DSC综合热分析仪、激光纳米粒度仪对样品表征,制备的TiO2冻干胶中比表面积最大为301.47 m2/g,其总孔容与平均孔径分别为0.189 cm3/g、2.503 nm。

Abstract:In the present study, a novel vacuum freeze-drying was utilized to prepare the TiO2 cryogels. The wet gels were synthesized via acid catalysis and acid-base catalysis using isopropyl titanate (TTIP) as a titanium precursor and tert butyl alcohol as a solvent. After vacuum fi'eeze drying, nanoporous TiO2 cryogels were characterized using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), nitrogen absorption/desorption isotherms, X-ray Diffraction(XRD), TG-DSC thermal analysis and laser particle size analyzer. The sample maximum BET is 301.47 m2/g, the total pore volume and average pore size of0.189 cm3/g, 2.503 nm.
