一步法合成防老剂4010NA催化剂的研究

摘    要:防老剂4010NA是天然橡胶和合成橡胶及胶乳的通用型优良防老剂,对臭氧、屈挠龟裂的防护性能特佳,也是热、氧、光和一般老化的优良防老剂。采用催化剂的还原烃化法是目前工业上生产4010NA的主要方法,虽然贵金属催化剂效果良好,但价格昂贵,国内常用非贵金属铜催化剂代替使用,表现出稳定性不佳,后期转化率够,影响质量等问题。经对铜催化剂的组成、循环套用试验,得出铜锌比在0.9~0.95时的催化剂F18性能较好,RT的转化率达到了98%以上,4010NA选择性也达95%以上,并且比工业催化剂C207显示出更高的稳定性,能够获得更长的使用寿命。

Abstract:4010NA possesses protection performance for ozone and parching is a current good rubber antioxidant for natural rubber and synthesis rubber as well as latex and also resistant heat, oxidant and light. Produce method of 4010NA is often applied catalytic synthesis. Noble metal catalyst was good but expensive. FI 8 was acquired good performance via studying contents of copper catalyst and cyclic test. The conversion of RT was over 98 % and 4010NA selection exceeded 95 %. It also appears higher stability than commercial catalyst B207.
