摘    要:环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置脱碳系统脱碳液流量不足导致循环气中CO2浓度上升,从而影响了催化剂性能的发挥。文章分析了这一问题产生的原因,并采取多种方法进行处理,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The required flow of carbonate solution less than design, which caused CO2 concentration at the Reactor inlet rising, restrained the performance of the silver catalyst. By analyzing the reasons for the problem ,taking several methods to optimize the operation of CO2 Removal system, good results were gained finally.
