石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫对烟囱腐蚀的影响

摘    要:以某2×200 MW机组为例,说明了不设GGH条件下,石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫后净烟气的特点及其酸露点变化。并介绍了湿法烟气脱硫后,烟囱的腐蚀环境、腐蚀机理及防腐措施,针对湿法烟气脱硫烟囱防腐问题提出了一些建议。

Abstract:Based on the 2×200 MW power unit, the characteristics and acid dew point change of clean gas after limestone-gypsum WFGD system without GGH was discussed. Then the corrosive environment, corrosion mechanism and anti-corrosion measures of stack after WFGD system were introduced, and some suggestions about anti-corrosion of wet stack were given.
