离子膜烧碱工艺中的职业病危害因素及对策措施

摘    要:识别出了离子膜制备烧碱工艺过程中存在的职业病危害因素,主要的职业病危害因素有噪声、高温、氢氧化钠、氯气、氯化氢及盐酸、硫酸,并分析出了危害因素的来源及分布场所,提出了针对性的防护对策措施,能够为氯碱行业职业病的预防、控制和消除工作起到一定的指导作用。

Abstract:Primarily occupational hazards of caustic soda were identified. The major occupational hazards were noise, heat, Sodium, chlorine, hydrogen chloride and hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid. Analysis of the origin and distribution of workplace hazards factors were cleared. And Occupational hazard protection measures were proposed. The above measures played an important directive role in Chlor-alkali industry to prevent, control and eliminate occupational diseases.
