摘    要:文章对印制电路板显影脱膜废水进行试验研究,提出采用曝气式微电解处理显影脱膜废水酸析后预处理的工艺,通过正交试验和单因素试验相互验证工艺参数,并获得最佳工艺参数:铁炭比1∶1,pH值3.0,反应时间60 min,CODCr的去除率达到60%左右,重金属等指标低于检出限。

The Study on the Pretreatment of Developer and Stripper Wastewater by Aeration Micro-electrolysis Process

Abstract:The paper studied on the PCB developer and stripper wastewater, aeration micro- electrolysis process was proposed for this kind of wastewater pretreatmcnt, with orthogonal experiment and single factor test mutual authentication test parameters, in the end obtained the optimum parameters: the ratio of iron/carbon was 1:1, pH 3.0, the reaction time of 60 min .The CODCr removal rate reach about 60 %, heavy metals and other indicators detection limit.
