| 摘 要： | 神经退行性疾病是一类严重威胁人类健康的疾病,对神经退行性病变的机理进行了大量研究,其致病机理主要包括氧化应激机理、神经炎症机理、细胞凋亡机理等。按照以上几种致病机制,目前神经退行性疾病治疗药物主要分为抗氧化剂、抗炎剂、抗细胞凋亡剂等几类。

| Abstract: | Neurodegenerative diseases （ND） are groups of neurological diseases that threaten human health severely. The mechanism of ND has been studied adequately, and the main mechanisms included oxidative stress, inflammation and cell apoptosis. According to those mechanisms above, the drugs for ND are categorized as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory agent, antiapoptosis agent. This article summarized the current ND drugs following this category. |
