摘    要:植物体中重金属的不同形态直接决定着重金属向人体转移的能力和生物毒性的强弱。目前,植物体内重金属的赋存形态研究主要集中在对农作物、中草药和超富集植物的研究。一方面,由于对农作物、中草药和超富集植物研究的目的不同,各类植物中重金属形态分析的方法各不相同;另一方面,对同一类植物重金属赋存形态的研究,不同的学者采用的方法也不相同。基于此,本文分别概述了农作物、中草药和超富集植物重金属赋存形态分析方法,对比分析了各种方法的优缺点,探讨了植物中重金属的形态分析所存在的问题,提出了植物中重金属形态研究的发展方向与前景。

Abstract:The different forms of heavy metals in plants, especially in the crops ,directly determined the transfer ability and toxicity of heavy metals to human. At present, research on speciation analysis of heavy metals in plants focused on three aspects of crops, medicinal herbs and hyperaccumulators. However, the methods for speciation analysis of heavy metals in these three kinds of plants were also different due to the different research purpose. And even for the heavy metal speciation studies of the same plant, different scholars used different methods. Thus, this paper summarized the methods for the analysis of heavy metal speciation in crops, medicinal herbs and byperaccumulator, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of each method. The prospects and problems of speciation analysis of heavy metal in plants were also discussed.
