RDX在环己酮/水中的冷却结晶工艺

摘    要:为了进一步研究RDX的球形化技术,改善其爆炸性能和感度性质,研究了RDX在环己酮/水体系中的冷却结晶工艺,采用生物显微镜分析了其晶体形貌。结果表明,结晶起始温度、降温速率、搅拌强度及加水量等对RDX晶体形貌均有较大影响,在起始温度95℃,搅拌速率400 r?min,降温速率0.3℃?min,水/环己酮=0.9∶1(v/v)时,所得晶体球形度大,且表面光滑、内部透明、流散性好。

Abstract:In order to research the technology of spheroidization for RDX, improve its properties of explosion and sensitiveness, the technology of cooling crystallization for RDX in cyclohexanone/water was studied, the morphology of RDX was characterized. The results show that the initial temperature, stirring intensity, the rate of cooling as well as volume of water are have great influences on the morphology of RDX. Under the condition of the initial temperature 95 ℃, stirring rate 400 r/rain and ratio of wate/cyclohexanone 0.9 : 1, The prepared crystal have better sphericity, more smooth surface, good transparency and flowability.
