C5馏分萃取精馏模拟研究

摘    要:以异戊二烯为目标产物,采用Aspen plus模拟软件对C5的萃取精馏过程进行模拟与优化。以乙腈为萃取剂,重点研究了萃取塔进料位置、理论板数、回流比以及剂料比对产品收率及纯度的影响。优化二次萃取工艺为一次萃取工艺,得到聚合级异戊二烯。萃取塔的适宜操作条件为:压力200 kPa,理论塔板数60块,进料位置为第25块塔板,回流比4,剂料质量比5.0。该操作条件下,异戊二烯收率及纯度分别为99.48%、99.70%。

Abstract:With isoprene as target product,the separation process of extractive distillation of C5 fraction was simulated and optimized with Aspen plus.It discussed emphatically the effect of feed position,number of theoretical plate,reflux ratio and solvent-feed ratio on purity and yield of product.Polymer grade isoprene was obtained by the optimization of twice extraction process to once extraction process.Suitable operation conditions of extraction column are as follows: pressure 200 kPa,the theoretical plate number 60,the feed location 25,the reflux ratio 4,the dosage ratio 5.0,the purity and yield of isoprene were 99.48%,99.70% respectively.
