摘    要:从当前餐饮服务设施不断侵蚀以城市公园为代表的公共空间的现象入手,阐述了公园不“公”深层原因,分析了过度引入餐饮设施对城市公园造成的消极影响,包括对公共资源的蚕食,对公园景观的破坏,对游人活动的干扰和对公园环境的污染。在此基础上进一步提出了城市公园餐饮服务设施布局的公益性、开放性、多样性、以人为本和可持续性等基本原则,试图用类型学的手段将公园中餐饮空间和功能模块化,并对其嵌入城市公园的过程进行解析和分类,最后分析得出九大典型嵌入模式以及每种模式的特征 ,以期对指导餐饮服务设施的选址和改造有所帮助。

Abstract:Starting from the current phenomena of continuous erosion in public space caused by food service facilities, this paper analyzes the deeper reasons of non-publicness in urban parks. Introducing food service facilities excessively brings urban parks with negative effects, such as erosion of public resources, destruction of the landscape, interference to visitors and environmental pollution. On the basis, this paper puts forward the basic principles of distributing food service facilities in urban parks, including public welfare, openness, diversity, people-oriented environment and sustainability. This paper further suggests nine typical patterns of food service space in urban parks with characteristic analysis. These patterns could be used in locating and improving food service facilities in urban parks.
