汽车发电机的可靠性建模与分析

摘    要:随着汽车科技的迅速发展,越来越多的电器设备被逐渐应用到汽车系统中来.作为汽车电器系统的核心电源,交流发电机的工作环境和工作负荷正变得越来越严酷,因此,汽车发电机的工作可靠性已成为影响车辆可靠性和行驶安全性的重要因素之一.将传统的可靠性理论和前人在电子组件可靠性的研究成果应用于汽车交流发电机的可靠性研究中,建立了交流发电机可靠性串联模型,并采用零部件应力分析法预计了汽车发电机的可靠性水平.

Abstract:With advances of automotive technologies, the electrical devices are increasingly applied for vehicle systems, so that the alternator working environment and loading become tougher. As a result, the alternator working reliability impacts much on vehicle reliability and driving safety. By applying the traditional reliability theories and existing electronic units for alternator reliability research, a series model is established based on the component and part stress analysis and prediction.
