摘    要:通过对动力作用下结构物的动力可靠性分析,在假定地震损失满足β分布的情况下,本文推导了在只考虑直接经济损失情况下的地震保险费用计算的相关公式。该计算方法简单明了,可以为政府和保险业务部门提高巨灾保险精算方法提供参考与支持。

Abstract:As a fact is that 86 percent of the earthquakes occurred in China have successive strong quakes,most structures were severe damaged by the successive earthquakes.How to evaluate the aseismic capability of the preliminary damaged buildings became a big problem for the rehabilitation works after the first strike.A comprehensive method was presented in this paper.First,the structural earthquake prevention capability was evaluated by the traditional methods.Second,the damage suffered in the first quake was introduced as a reduction factor for the results of the first step.Third,the predicted earthquake action was applied for the structures to evaluated the damage of the buildings.
