| 摘 要： | 与城市之间有着自然且天然的默契,现代城市建设应从城市规划入手,实现人水和谐。本文从城市的形成和分类、城市与水元素关系的入手,提出了"以水定城"的原则和城市现代化的标准,并提出了对城市现代化目标的初步认识。

| Abstract: | Water has natural and native tacit understanding with city. Modern urban construction should be carried out begin with city planning to achieve harmonious coexistence between human and water. This article states the formation and classification of the city, based on the relationship between city and water, presents the principles of city planning by water and the standards of city modernization, and discusses the preliminary cognition of city modernization objects. |
