电化学聚合漆酚钴配合物的研究

摘    要:将电化学聚合得到的聚漆酚(EPU)与氯化钴异丙醇溶液反应生成聚漆酚钴配合物,采用XPS,FT-IR,DMTA,TG-DTA,AES和EPM等手段对其表征,确定该配合物结构即每个钴离子与EPU分子中二个链节单元的羟基发生配位。配合物的钴含量达8.13%,其电阻为1.74E 11Ω(EPU为7.9E 9Ω)。结果表明钴离子与EPU存在配位作用并形成交链,导致其玻璃化转变温度和耐热性能的提高。

Abstract:The cobalt electropolyurushiol cordination was obtained by the reaction between cobalt chloride isopropyl alcohol solution with electropolyurushiol. XPS, FT—IR, DMTA, TG—DTA, AES and EPM characterized the coordination polymer, and its composition and structure were determined. Each Co~(2+) ion is coordinated by hydroxyl from two units in the Epu molecule. The ontent of Co~(2+) reached up to 8.13%. Its electric resistace was 1.74 E 11 Ω (that of Epu was 7.9E10Ω). It show that there is a certain coordination between Co~(2+) and electropolyurushiol in the coordination polymer, thus cross link was formed. Therefore its glass transition temperature increase and resistance enhanced cconsiedrably.
