基于TMS320 C2812DSP的智能循环水控制器的设计

摘    要:针对传统控制中自动化程度较低的问题,研制了智能工业循环水加药控制系统.该控制系统基于TI公司的32位定点DSPTMS320C2812,由下位机和上位机两部分组成,实现了现场控制和远程监控的结合.本系统的独特之处就是利用TMS320C2812的事件管理器产生PWM信号进行调理后作为D/A输出,简化了系统结构降低了硬件成本,同时系统可以随时实现自动和手动控制的灵活切换.

Abstract:The intelligent system is designed based on the TMS320C2812 DSP of TI company,which is composed of host and slave.This system can achieve the field control and remote monitoring at the same time.The one innovation of this system is using the event-managing of the TMS320C2812 DSP to produce the PWM signal to act as the D/A output,this design predigests the frame of the system and reduces the cost of the system.Another innovation of this system is can switch between the automation control and the hand control at the any time.
