摘    要:通过对目前攀钢矿业公司选矿厂生产工艺能耗高的因素分析 ,提出了采用干式磁选预选抛尾、提高入磨矿石品位、实行多碎少磨 ,降低入磨粒度 ,提高分级机的分级效率、完善尾矿高浓度输送、缩小钢球直径等技术是提高经济效益的重要途径。

Abstract:Through factor analysis of high energy consumption in production process for concentrator of Mining Co of Pansteel, it was proposed that preconcentrating and removing tailing by dry magnetic separation to improve the ore grade of grinding feed, implementing more crushing and less grinding, reducing particle size of grinding feed, improving the classification efficiency of classifier, perfecting high density conveying of tailing and shortening the diameter of ball in mill are important ways to enhance economic benefits
