摘    要:针对矿热炉把持器普遍存在施压不均、不能有效控制电极压放、水循环冷却效果不佳等问题,提出了新型压力环把持器的设计思路。通过静力分析,新型压力环把持器的设计可行,它完全可以取代传统的锥形环把持器,且它比波纹管把持器更加适合中国企业的实际情况。压力环把持器在实际生产中取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Aiming to the problems which are existed in the electrode holder at submerged arc furnace in China, such as, the asymmetrical pressure, the unsuitable control of the holder' s reduction and also the bad effect of the cooling water, we put forward the new ideas for designing new pressure ring holder. Through analysis on the mechanics, we can make sure that the design of new pressure ring electrode holder is feasible, it can replace the conical ring holder absolutely, and it is more suitable for Chinese ferroalloy's enterprises than the bellows holder. The pressure ring holder has been put into practice, and works well.
