氧化沟工艺及其在制革废水处理中的应用

摘    要:介绍了氧化沟工艺的研究进展。概述了制革废水一级物化处理和二级生化处理的各种方法。由于氧化沟工艺具有耐高有机负荷、耐高毒性负荷、耐高盐负荷冲击能力的特点 ,更适于制革废水的处理。以工程实例阐述了氧化沟工艺处理制革废水所取得的良好效果 ,并指出 :氧化沟工艺作为一种新的废水生物处理技术 ,用于制革废水处理 ,前景广阔。

Abstract:The research development of oxidation ditch technology is introduced. The methods of chemical and physical treatment and biological treatment on tannery waste water are summarized. Oxidation ditch technology is more suitable to treat tannery waste water owing to its characteristics of bearing high organic load, high poison load, high salt load. The case history shows that the good results can been received by oxidation ditch to treat tannery waste water. As a new biological treatment technology, oxidation ditch technology used for treating tannery waste water has extensive prospect.
