摘    要:基于FLUENT软件,采用VOF方法,对不同表面凹槽数的水下航行体超空泡流场进行了数值模拟,分析了不同表面凹槽数所形成的三维超空泡的形态特征。模拟了不同表面凹槽数情况下航行体超空泡形状并与Logvinovich半经验公式的结果进行对比,验证了数值模拟的准确性。通过对不同表面凹槽数航行体超空泡截面形态做进一步的对比,分析了超空泡面凸凹变化的原因,并得出水下航行体表面凹槽数对超空泡流的影响。计算结果表明,随着表面凹槽数的增加,超空泡外形轮廓变小,该结果与实验结果一致。

Abstract:Based on the FLUENT software,the three-dimensional supercavitation around underwater vehicle with different surface-grooves was numerically simulated by adopting the volume of fraction(VOF)method,and the three-dimensional characteristic of the flow was analyzed.The shape of the supercavitation of under-water vehicle with different surface-grooves was simulated,and the result was compared with the result obtained by Logvinovich's semi-empirical formula.The numerical simulation was proved to be reasonable.The cross sectional shapes of the supercavity around the vehicle with different grooves were further compared,and the reason of convexconcave variations of supercavitation surface was analyzed.The computational results indicate that the different grooves have important influence on the supercavitation.With the increase of the number of groove,the section area of supercavity reduces.The result is in agreement with experimental result.
