摘    要:为了研究小口径集束钨丝壳体PELE对10 mm厚均值装甲钢的极限穿透速度和穿靶后的后效情况,应用PELE垂直侵彻薄靶的理论模型对直径23 mm集束钨丝PELE侵彻10 mm厚均质装甲钢进行了理论计算,利用23 mm口径弹道炮进行了侵彻试验研究。研究结果表明:弹丸侵彻10 mm厚均质装甲钢的极限穿透速度为623.7 m/s;当着靶速度为685.2 m/s以上时,该弹丸侵彻10 mm厚均质装甲后可产生良好的横向效应,试验结果和理论计算结果基本吻合。

Abstract:In order to study the critical penetration velocity and aftereffect of small-caliber cluster tungsten-fiber penetrator with enhanced lateral efficiency ( PELE ) penetrating rolled homogeneous armor ( RHA) with 10 mm thickness, the theoretical calculation of cluster tungsten-fiber PELE of 23 mm diameter penetrating RHA with 10 mm thickness was carried out by using the theoretical model of PELE vertically penetrating thin metallic plate. The penetration experiment by using ballistic gun with 23 mm caliber was conducted. The results show that the critical penetration velocity is 623. 7 m/s,and the PELE can produce good aftereffect after penetrating RHA with 10 mm thickness while the impact velocity is more than 685. 2 m/s. The experimental result accords with the theoretical calculation result.
