| 摘 要： | 针对福建大剧院工程的特点、重难点部位及关键工序,介绍了项目监理部主要以“人、机、料、法、环”因素做好事前预控的措施,指出项目监理部还应做好施工过程监控,充分发挥监理工作监帮结合的作用,从而实现施工合同约定的目标。

| Abstract: | In light of the characteristics,important and difficult parts, and key working procedures of Fujian grand theater project,the author introduces the measures for supervision department to do well pre-control from personnel,machinery,materials,methods and links,and proposes that supervision department should also do well supervision during construction and full play its roles of supervision and help,in order to achieve the objective agreed in construction contract. |
