基于PLC的滑差调节器的控制

摘    要:阐述了滑差调节器的作用、工作原理、控制系统的硬件设备和PLC控制.重点讲述了事故保护和调试过程中对实际问题的解决.该设备在某研究院的HL-2A磁约束等离子体实验装置的1#、2#电动机-飞轮-交流脉冲发电机组中得到应用,在机组起动过程中,使电动机定子电流的稳定度达到1%以下.整个设备运行稳定、可靠,完全满足设计和实际使用要求.

Abstract:The hardware of the liquid slip regulator is introduced. The software based on PLC is described in detail. The technological problems of this controller in application are also pointed out. The stator current of the motor has little change throughout whole starting process. The on-site test results of this controller show that this controller has good performance and meets completely the need of the operation.
