摘    要:电解金属锰行业的快速发展带来利益的同时也带来大量的废渣,这些废渣引发了大量的环境问题,锰渣的资源化利用已经成为环保领域的研究热点。总结回顾了国内外对锰渣的综合利用途径(金属离子回收、制成农业肥和在各种建材方面的应用等),通过对比成本、锰渣掺量和锰渣对目标产品性能的影响等,提出工业化推广需要解决的难题,为未来电解金属锰渣的资源化利用方向提供参考。

Abstract:The rapid development of electrolytic manganese industry brought us benefit,but it also brought a lot of electrolytic manganese slag which have caused many environmental problems.The treatment and disposal of electrolytic manganese slag has become a research hotspot in the fields of environment protection.In this paper,the main ways of comprehensive utilization of electrolytic manganese slag(e.g.recovering metal ions,agriculture fertilizer,applications of building material etc.) were discussed.Some problems of industrialization were proposed through comparing production cost,content of manganese slag and influence of properties of products.Maybe it can provide references for the electrolytic manganese slag resource utilization.
