纳米石蜡乳液的研究及应用

摘    要:采用反相乳化法制备出一种纳米石蜡乳液( BZ-GWN),该剂无荧光、环境保护性能好.室内实验评价结果表明,BZ-GWN具有好的抑制防塌性能、润滑性和油气层保护性能.该处理剂在华北油田和苏里格气田现场试验应用了5口井,介绍了其在泉75-10X和苏76-2-3H井的应用情况.现场应用表明,加入BZ-GWN的聚磺钻井液和钾盐聚合物钻井液具有良好的抑制性、防塌能力和润滑性;钻进中未发生井壁失稳垮塌现象,起下钻顺畅,水平段没有出现托压等现象,井眼规则,钻井施工顺利.

Abstract:A kind of Nano-paraffin emulsion BZ-GWN is developed by method of reverse emulsification, which is environmentally friendly and free of fluorescence.The experimental results show that the additive BZ-GWN has good characteristics of inhibition, anti-caving, lubrication and reservoir protection.The application in wells of Quan75-10X and Su76-2-3H show that the polysulfonated drilling fluid and sylvite-polymer drilling fluid systems that added by BZ-GWN make the borehole stable lubricant and regular, also tripping smoothly in horizontal section.
