摘    要:新型的远程荧光技术能有效地改善目前封装技术中存在的出光不均匀、色温漂移、芯片发热导致荧光粉性能衰减等缺点,可广泛应用于COB集成封装、大功率LED和贴片型LED封装,或者直接用于制造照明灯具产品,是白光LED制造技术的又一次创新。将远程荧光技术与大功率LED集成封装技术结合制备白光LED光源,结果表明,LED照明器件的光色一致性高,光效可达到100 lm/W,具有广阔的市场前景。

Abstract:The new remote phosphor technology can effectively improve the shortcomings of current packaging process,such as emitting unevenly,color temperature drift,phosphor decay resulted from chip heating.This technique can be widely applied to the COB package,high power LED and SMD type LED package,or directly used in the manufacture of lighting products.It is an innovation in the white light LED manufacturing.In this experiment,the remote phosphor technology is used to prepare a white LED with COB integrated packaging.The result shows high consistency in light color and indicates that the luminous efficiency can reach 100 lm/W.It has a broad market prospect.
