| 摘 要： | 孝感米酒行业标准落后,标准水平普遍低于相类似的国内外先进的饮料标准。加强技术标准和法规工作,推行“标准先行”,修订米酒标准,提高米酒企业科技含量,推动米酒企业标准与时俱进,已是当务之急!

| Abstract: | The standard of the Xiaogan Rice-wine Trade has already lagged behind, as a result, the level of the standard is lower than that of the advanced beverage both at home and abroad. Hence the authors think it the most necessary to improve the technological standard, to rivise the law and rules, to cany out the "standard in advance", and to raise the technological contents of the rice - wine, so as accelerate the progress of the bade of rice- wine with the the change of the time. |
