摘    要:介绍了一种S波段高功率单注速调管发射机,叙述了发射机的组成形式并给出了其主要性能指标。重点介绍了该雷达发射机所采用的高可靠组合式固态调制器技术、大功率高稳定度集中式高压电源技术、大功率高压电源软启动技术、高压大功率固态反馈式de-Q稳幅技术、高压大功率集中式固态充电开关技术以及完备的监控保护、大电流回路的走线和结构设计等,最后展望了它广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper depicts an S-band high power single beam transmitter. The form of the transmitter and the main parameters are introduced. It emphasizes great reliability combined solid-state modulator technology, high power and great stabilization centralized high power technology, high power soft-start technology, high power solid-state feedback de-Q steady voltage technology, high power centralized solid-state charging switch technology, mature control and protect circuit, the structure design of great current circuit and so on those are used in this transmitter. Finally we expect the broad application foreground.
