| 摘 要： | 建设工程项目招标是建筑市场一种规范化的交易方式. 招标已成为国有投资项目及公益事业项目建设的法定程序. 由于我国的市场经济还处在初级阶段,在建设工程项目招标工作中还存在一些问题,正确认识并采取切实可行的对策解决这些问题,是规范完善建设工程项目招标,促进建筑市场发展的必然选择.

| Abstract: | Inviting tenders of the project of construction and engineering is a kind of standard trade means in construction market.Inviting tenders has become a legal order of the construction of nationalized investing projects and public business.As the market economy in our country is still at the beginning,there are still some problems in inviting tenders of projects of construction and engineering. It's a necessary choice that we must have correct recognitions and take efficacious measures to solve these problems.Only by doing that can we improve inviting tenders of the construction and engineering and make it standard. |
