三维适形放疗联合吉西他滨介入化疗治疗局部晚期胰腺癌

目的评价三维适形放疗联合吉西他滨介入化疗对局部晚期胰腺癌的治疗效果。方法将40例经手术病理或细胞学诊断的局部晚期胰腺癌患者分为治疗组、对照组各20例。治疗组采用三维适形放疗联合吉西他滨介入化疗,对照组采用吉西他滨介入化疗,观察两组疗效、生存率及毒副反应。结果在治疗组,总有效率为40%;治疗后6、12个月生存率分别为65%、45%;中位生存时间为11个月。均高于对照组（P〈0.05）。毒副反应2组比较无显著差异（P〉0.05）。结论三维适形放疗联合吉西他滨介入化疗对局部晚期胰腺癌患者能控制肿瘤生长,缓解疼痛,改善生存质量,且患者耐受良好。

Three-dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy Plus Arterial Perfusion with Gemcitabine for Intermediate and Advanced-stage Pancreatic Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy plus regional arterial perfusion with gemcitabine in the treatment of intermediate-and advanced-stage pancreatic carcinoma.Methods Forty patients with pathologically or cytologically confirmed intermediate-and advanced-stage pancreatic carcinoma received three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy alone（control group,n=20） or in combination with regional arterial perfusion with gemcitabine（observation group,n=20）.The efficacy,survival rate and adverse events were observed.Results In the observation group,the overall response rate was 40%;and 6-and 12-month survival rate after therapy were 65% and 45% resceptively;median survival time was 11 months.These all were higher than control group（P0.05）.Adverse advents in the 2 groups were no significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy plus regional arterial perfusion with gemcitabine may suppress tumor growth,relieve pain,improve quality of life,and can be well tolerated in patients with intermediate and advanced-stage pancreatic carcinoma.
