急性颅脑损伤后血清高敏C反应蛋白、肌酸激酶同工酶MB水平的变化及其意义

摘    要:目的探讨急性颅脑损伤后血清高敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)和肌酸激酶同工酶MB(creatine kinase-MB,CK-MB)水平的变化及其意义。方法将107例患者按格拉斯哥昏迷(GCS)评分分为3组:轻型组(13~15分)46例、中型组(9~12分)30例和重型组(3~8分)31例。采用胶乳凝集反应法、使用全自动生化分析仪检测血清hs-CRP水平,采用免疫抑制法、使用全自动生化分析仪检测血清CK-MB水平。结果轻型组、中型组、重型组血清hs-CRP水平分别为(18.23±10.08)、(29.49±12.77)、(76.96±25.18)mg.L^-1,3组间血清hs-CRP水平比较差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);轻型组、中型组、重型组血清CK-MB水平分别为(29.44±6.72)、(41.83±9.01)、(70.39±18.52)U.L^-1,3组间血清CK-MB水平比较差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。急性颅脑损伤后血清hs-CRP、CK-MB水平与损伤程度均呈正相关(r=0.243、0.215,均P〈0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP和CK-MB检测对评估急性颅脑损伤程度有重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes in serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB) levels after acute craniocerebral injury and their significance.Methods A total of 107 patients with acute craniocerebral injury were divided into three groups based on GCS scores:mild(GCS scores 13 to 15,n=46),moderate(GCS scores 9 to 12,n=30),and severe(GCS scores 3 to 8,n=31).Hs-CRP was determined by the latex agglutination reaction and CK-MB was detected by immunosuppression.Results The hs-CRP levels were(18.23±10.08),(29.49±12.77) and(76.96±25.18)mg·L^-1 in mild,moderate and severe groups,respectively,and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P0.05).The CK-MB levels were(29.44±6.72),(41.83±9.01) and(70.39±18.52) U·L^-1 in mild,moderate and severe groups,respectively,and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P0.05).Serum hs-CRP and CK-MB levels were positively correlated with the degree of injury(r=0.243 and r=0.215,respectively;P0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum hs-CRP and CK-MB levels has important significance for estimating the degree of acute craniocerebral injury.
