摘    要:目的探讨甘氨酸衍生物类氨肽酶N(APN)抑制剂类抗肿瘤药物的合成。方法通过对已知的类肽类APN抑制剂结构特征的总结,设计并合成3个系列酰胺衍生物。结果通过IR、MS和1H-NMR确定其化学结构,所合成的化合物1a-f、2a-f和3a-f均未见报道,为新化合物。结论化合物3b可以作为APN的先导化合物。

Abstract:Objective To explore the synthesis of glycine derivatives as aminopeptidase N(APN) inhibitors.Methods Based on the known structure of peptide-like derivatives as APN inhibitors,three series of acetamide derivatives were designed and synthesized.Results The chemical structure of acetamide derivatives was determined using IR,MS and 1H-NMR methods.The synthesized compounds 1a-f,2a-f and 3a-f were new compounds and had not be reported anywhere.Conclusion Compound 3b can be used as lead compound of APN.
