妈富隆在子宫内膜息肉电切术后的应用研究

目的探讨妈富隆在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后应用的临床疗效,评价两者联用在治疗和预防子宫内膜息肉复发中的价值。方法 80例子宫内膜息肉患者均接受了宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术,术后病理诊断均为良性子宫内膜息肉,其中40例（观察组）术后口服妈富隆治疗3个月,另40例未服药患者为对照组。随访3个月,记录患者子宫内膜息肉的复发情况、月经恢复情况、超声下内膜厚度及再次宫腔镜检查结果等,并作组间比较。结果观察组患者月经紊乱状况恢复正常,月经中期内膜厚度（6.72±1.66）mm）]显著小于对照组（9.28±1.23）mm]（P〈0.05）;观察组超声或再次宫腔镜检查有1例（2.5%）内膜息肉复发,对照组有6例（15.0%）内膜息肉复发,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术联合服用妈富隆可有效改善月经紊乱状况,减少内膜厚度及内膜息肉复发。

Application of Marvelon after Resection of Endometrial Polyps

Objective To investigate the application of marvelon tablet after hysteroscopic polypectomy,and to discuss the value of the combined application of marvelon and hysteroscopic polypectomy in the treatment and prevention of recurrence of endometrial polyps.Methods Eighty patients with benign endometrial polyps（EP） underwent hysteroscopic polypectomy.Among these patients,40 patients took marvelon tablet for 3 months（observation group） and other 40 patients without medication were selected as control group.Patients were followed up for 3 months to observe the recurrence of EP,bleeding status,endometrial thickness and the second hysteroscopy,and the results were compared between the two groups.Results Patients in observation group resumed normal menses.Compared with control group,mid-menstrual endometrial thickness significantly decreased in observation group（6.72±1.66）mm vs（9.28±1.23）mm,P0.05].The incidence of EP recurrence was 2.5% and 15.0% in observation group and control group,respectively,with a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.ConclusionCombined application of marvelon and hysteroscopic polypectomy can effectively improve menstrual disorder,and decrease endometrial thickness and EP recurrence.
