结晶器液面自动控制技术的优化

摘    要:随着高附加值品种钢LX72A的开发和生产,对铸坯内部质量提出了更高的要求,原连铸液面自动控制系统±5mm的精度已经不能适应。对连铸机液面自动控制系统进行的优化,使结晶器钢水液面波动稳定在±3mm之内,铸坯表面和内部质量得到了改善,系统反应速度大大加快,金属料用量大大减少,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:With the development and production of the high value-added steel grade LX72A, there is higher requirement for the internal quality of the slab, and the original precision ±5mm for continuous casting level from automatic control system is not suitable anymore. The automatic control system of continuous caster level is optimized so as to maintain liquid fluctuation of the mold within ±3mm. As the result, the slab surface and internal quality is improved, responding speed of the system is accelerated significantly, metal usage is decreased greatly, and good economic benefit is achieved.
