工业冷却水上塔泵的节能调控技术的研究

摘    要:本文介绍冷却水系统中上塔泵的节能调控方法.具体思路是在冷却水系统中的热水池和冷水池之间新加开一个冷却水的自然溢流通道,在实际冷却水温度低于工艺要求温度时,可以较好的定量调控自然流过溢流通道的流量,相应就可以减少上塔泵的实际流量,从而实现大幅度降低上塔泵的实际电能消耗,达到节约电能的目的.

Abstract:This paper introduces the energy regulation method in cooling - water system of tower pump. The idea in particular that opens a new natural cooling water overflow channel in the cooling water system between the hot tub and cold plunge pool plus. When the actual cooling process water temperature is lower than the required tempera- ture, it can better quantify the natural regulation of traffic flows through the overflow channel, then the corresponding pump can reduce the actual flow of the tower. It will save energy that to achieve a significant reduction in the tower on the actual pump power consumption.
