| 摘 要： | 采用高效孔板波纹规整填料及高分散液体分布器等塔内件技术对原钢板网填料的煤气洗苯塔进行技术改造，将原三塔串联操作改为单塔运行。改造后不仅洗苯系统阻力明显下降，而且粗苯产量有所提高。简化了工艺流程，降低了能耗，取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Technical modification is made on gas benzol scrubber packed with expanded metal by means of column internals such as high-efficient orifice ripple regular packing and high-dispense liquid distributor, the seriesoperation of existing three columns is changed to single column operation. After modification, not only the resistance of benzol scrubbing system is substantially dropped down, also the output of crude benzol is increased. By this means, the process is simplified, energy consumption is lowered down, and the better result is achieved. |
