渣油复合体-聚烯烃复合材料的制备及其性能

摘    要: 基于渣油的成分复杂,为探索渣油高附加值转化新途径,优选中海渣油富芳烃组分,采用热反应和插层复合处理方法制备得到相对分子质量与表面活性均较高的复合体系。制备过程中,控制热反应程度、温度和蒙脱石阳离子交换反应条件,选择十六烷基三甲基氯化铵为插层剂,进行层状黏土插层反应,制备出190℃热稳定的复合体颗粒;进而在设定熔融挤出/注塑加工条件下,与聚乙烯经过增韧处理,可以得到冲击强度为44~49 kJ/m2且耐高温的聚烯烃复合专用料。

Abstract:From the oil refining residua, its composite particles were prepared in such a way as that its rich aromatic fractionations were thermally reacted first and then intercalated into layered space of montmorillonite (MMT). Through optimizing the reaction conditions of temperature and cation exchange capacity (CEC), the composite particles with stable properties at 190℃ were obtained. Then, under the optimized melt-extrusion/injection processing conditions, these particles were mixed with polyethylene by modifying its toughness to prepare the composite materials, which have impact strength of 44-49 kJ/m2 and properties resistant to high temperature. In such a way, the novel transforming route for residua was first suggested, which will provoke their recycling applications and environmental production, and thus be of great economic and social significance.
